Led by a dedicated team of youth workers, clinical staff and mentors, Project NextGen offers a safe, inclusive space where teens and young adults feel heard, understood and truly supported. Our hands-on, personal approach ensures each teen is met exactly where they are, helping them build confidence, resilience, and emotional strength.
Our specialized approach
We are all about supporting teens and young adults. Our mentors are carefully selected for their ability to build trust and rapport—without judgment or an agenda. Project NextGen is where teens feel safe, seen and supported. We don’t convince or coerce, they show up because they feel they belong.

Referrals and crisis prevention
Our clinical supervisors guide mentors to ensure teens receive the appropriate level of care and that any red flags are addressed quickly. This helps prevent crises before they happen by giving teens a safe outlet to express their feelings and struggles. If the need arises we will ensure that a referral is made to therapists, social workers or the appropriate specialist.
We can also help you obtain the necessary documentation to secure your client HCBS services. Plus we offer government funded and self-pay options.
